Floor Plans

Each loft-style apartment features an open floor plan with the bedroom tucked in the rear for privacy.  The full bathroom is convenient to the bedroom, but placed to allow guest access without walking through the sleeping quarters.  Washer-Dryers are located in the bedroom closet making laundry a snap.  Each apartment has a private entrance with  outdoor patio and raised planter garden. 

Kitchens include FSC Certified Walnut cabinets, Richlite countertops from 100% recycled material and Energy Star appliances.  Dual-flush toilets, Energy Star Ceiling fans from the Modern Fan Company and LED lighting create a sustainable home that not only looks good, but feels good, too.
